JTT provides PO management service from the very beginning of consignees POs receiving to finishing documents submit based on consignees's requirements.
We have our own PO management systems. Our PO management systems covering PO data interface, shipment planing, cargo status tracking, order dispatch, auto-email triggering... etc funtion, which improve the whole supply chain effeciency.

PO management service includes:
■ PO Receiving
Receive PO information.
Verify PO information.
■ Cargo Planning and Consolidation
Check cargo information (Cargo ready date, shipping window, carton, pieces, CBM, KGS, consignee, POL, POD etc)
Plan cargo into LCL/FCL. Plan mutiple factory load milk-run or CY consolidation to save cost.
■ Booking Management
Place booking with forwarders/carriers
Release booking confirmation to factories/trucker.
■ Document Management
Create and submit consignee required documents.
Verify and manage HBL/MBL/FCR checking with forwarders/carrieres
Prepare payment collection documents
